CANCELLATION POLICY and NO-SHOW
- The Key Account must notify the Property in writing of any cancellation or change to confirmed reservations subject to the following:
From Apr 15, 2024 to Oct 31, 2024
- From 4 to 7 days before arrival: – 50% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
- From 24 hours to 3 days before arrival: – 75% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
- Less than 24 hours and no-show: the stay will be charged.
From 01-Nov-2023 to 23-Dec-2023 and from 07-Jan-2024 to 14-Apr-2024
- From 7 to 15 days before arrival: – 25% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
- From 6 to 4 days before arrival: – 50% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
- Within 24 hours and up to 3 days before arrival: -5% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
- Less than 24 hours and no-show: – the stay will be charged.
From December 24, 2023 to January 6, 2024
- From 15 to 21 days before arrival: – 25% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
- From 8 to 14 days before arrival: – 50% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
- From 4 to 7 days before arrival: – 75% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
- Less than 4 days and No Show: – The stay will be charged.
Throughout the contractual period
- Early departure: – The total cost will be charged according to the original reservation.
- Name changes are subject to prior approval and additional fees may apply.
