Terms and Conditions

Everything that follows is included in the package.

• Breakfast (07:00 – 09:30), lunch (12:30 – 14:00) and dinner (19:30 – 21:00).
• Afternoon tea or coffee with sandwiches or cake, from 4 to 6 pm (The bar).
• Water: mineral water (1.5l).
• Soft Drinks: Bitter Lemon, Soda, Coca Cola, Sprite, Fanta, Tonic, Zero Coke, Canned Juice.
• Wine: house wine by the glass (red, white, rosé and carafe) Beer: Draft beer, Canned beer (33cl).
• Vermouth: Martini Rosso, Martini Dry, Martini Bianco.
• Spirit drink: (common brands) Whiskey, Gin, Vodka, Rum, Arrack.
• Cocktail: BRONX (gin, vermouth, orange juice), TEQUILA SUNRISE (tequila, orange juice), ARRACK PARADISE (arrack, passion juice, soda), CUBA LIBRE (white rum, lime juice, coke), PASSION COCKTAIL (Scotch whiskey, fruit juice), SCREWDRIVER (vodka, orange juice), Blue Lagoon (Vodka, blue curacao, lime juice) ISLAND’S PALM (arrack, passion juice).
• Non-alcoholic cocktails: Wildcat Collector, Ginger Apple Fizz, Red Chiller, Midsummer Dream Bar. Opening hours for all-inclusive guests are 09:00 to 24:00.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

The Key Account must notify the Property in writing of any cancellation or change to confirmed reservations subject to the following:

From November 1, 2023 to October 31, 2024

In case of cancellation 4 days before the guest’s arrival – no cancellation fees.

In case of cancellation less than 24 hours to 72 hours before the guest’s arrival, – 50% of the total cost.

No Show and early departure – 100% of the total cost of the reservation
