The trip was an absolute delight, a perfect combination of wildlife, flora and culture. The organisation by Eden was excellent. They were always extremely punctual and very flexible in adapting to our needs. And what can I say about the guide... With "Sampa", we have left a friend behind in Sri Lanka. Besides being a wonderful person, he is a true living encyclopaedia when it comes to knowing the island's animal and plant species. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this unforgettable adventure!!!

We spent 13 days discovering Sri Lanka on a private trip for 9 people, and we can only say that it was an extraordinary experience. A large part of what made this experience so special was Sri Lanka Viajes Edén and the team that accompanied us throughout the journey. From the very beginning, everything was perfectly organised and explained: the itinerary, excursions, hotels and prices. Everything was clear and there were no surprises. Communication with the agency was always excellent, and we were welcomed with incredible warmth and kindness. The trip allowed us to discover practically the entire island, combining culture, nature, adventure and relaxing moments to enjoy the hotels and beaches. We went on safaris to see elephants and leopards, spotted crocodiles during a boat trip, travelled on the tea train, visited a tea factory and Buddhist and Hindu temples, climbed Sigiriya, went snorkelling at Pigeon Island where we saw turtles, sharks and a huge variety of marine wildlife. We also discovered local traditions such as the traditional preparation of food and cinnamon, along with many other experiences. But if there is one thing we would highlight above everything else, it is the team that accompanied us: Sampath, Shehan and Darme. Sampath, our guide, was simply wonderful. He is funny, friendly, empathetic and very professional, but above all, you can see that he loves his job. He does not simply follow the programme: he takes care of us, suggests new experiences and knows how to make the most of every opportunity. One example was Sigiriya, where he recommended that we start climbing at 4:30 in the morning. Getting up at that time during a holiday did not seem like the best plan 😂, but it was absolutely worth it: we watched the sunrise from the top and avoided much of the heat. We also happened to be in Kandy during the Esala Perahera and, although it was not included in the tour, he offered to accompany us so that we could enjoy this experience. Shehan, his assistant, is a young man who is very kind and eager to learn. His interest and enthusiasm are noticeable at every moment, and he is always ready to help. And Darme... driving in Sri Lanka is not an easy task. The traffic is quite chaotic, with tuk-tuks, motorbikes, buses and everything else, but after 13 days with him, we never felt unsafe. He has extensive experience and extraordinary driving skills. Furthermore, as this was a private trip, we had a great deal of freedom. We could stop whenever we needed to, and often they themselves surprised us with unexpected stops because they had spotted animals, beautiful landscapes, fruit stalls or anything else interesting along the way. These little moments made the trip even more special. There was also a situation that particularly demonstrated the team's great humanity. A few days before the end of the trip, one person in our group fell while getting out of a 4x4 during a safari and fractured their wrist. Sampath and Shehan reacted immediately, coordinated everything and, together with Darme, accompanied us to the hospital in the minibus. They stayed with us, helping and translating throughout the entire process. Fortunately, everything ended in the best possible way and we were able to continue our trip. It is precisely in situations like this that people's empathy and professionalism are truly demonstrated, and they were exceptional. The hotels were also excellent, especially Fox Kandy, Hide Ella and Cinnamon Wild, all of which were 4- or 5-star properties with very high-quality services. Sri Lanka is an incredible country, although you need to be prepared for some differences compared to Spain: the food is often quite spicy 🌶️, cleanliness standards are not the same, and traffic... let's just say it has its own rules 😂. But the hospitality of the people, the landscapes, nature and culture make everything absolutely worthwhile. Ultimately, this was one of those trips that we will remember for a long time. We recommend Sri Lanka Viajes Edén without any hesitation and would travel with them again without a doubt. And to Sampath, Shehan and Darme, we can only say one thing: thank you for these 13 days. You are the best. ❤️

We are a family group of nine people, and we found this destination ideal for a holiday. With Viajes Edén, we toured the country, discovering incredible places surrounded by lush nature and visiting its national parks, where we were surrounded by local wildlife everywhere. The guides were magnificent and behaved exceptionally well, going far beyond their duties. The food was average according to my personal taste, but this is a very subjective opinion, as I do not like spicy food. The trip was beautiful: a country that truly deserves to be visited, especially with Viajes EDEN.

The truth is that Sri Lanka is a truly wonderful country. The tour operator we chose to visit this beautiful country was Sri Lanka Viajes Eden, and its organisation was exceptional, both in terms of planning and the staff. Based on my experience with other trips, the staff who accompanied us from 18 to 30 August were excellent. The driver was very safe and professional; the guides Sampathath and his assistant were magnificent, both in the information they provided about the places we visited and in their genuinely exceptional personal approach. My entire family felt protected and cared for as if we were part of their own family. Sampathath, in particular, demonstrated great empathy as a guide and remarkable professionalism when it came to cultural topics. As for Viajes Eden, the service was excellent in organising the itineraries, hotels, visits and everything else. Our trip with this team of professionals was EXCEPTIONAL.
