To be honest, at first we had some doubts, but the Viaggi Eden team made us feel completely confident from the very beginning. Jose, from Spain, was always available to answer all our questions and guide us through every decision. Once we arrived in Sri Lanka, Nalinda, our driver-guide, welcomed us with a contagious smile that never faded throughout our 12-day journey. He gave 100% of himself to make sure everything went perfectly and that we always felt comfortable. He shared his passion for the country, its culture and its cuisine with us. He never hesitated to stop whenever he spotted an animal, an interesting tree or a roadside stall, just to show us something new. Thanks to him, we discovered that there are 29 varieties of bananas, tasted different types of coconut and fell in love with curd and kottu. In the end, we felt as though we had been travelling with a friend. If you want to discover the country in an authentic and genuine way, while getting close to everyday local life, we cannot recommend him highly enough. Our trip to Sri Lanka with Nalinda was incredible.
