Airport - DepartureAt the agreed time, transfer to the airport. Please arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport three hours before your flight departs.
- The budget for your trip to Sri Lanka is valid for 10 days.
- Train schedules cannot be guaranteed, as delays are common and may affect activities planned after the train journey. Train tickets are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee a specific class (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).
- If these hotels are fully booked at the time of reservation, alternative hotels of a similar category will be offered.
- Please review the hotels and their ratings carefully before confirming the tour. Once the tour has been confirmed and upon your arrival in Sri Lanka, changes to the hotels will not be permitted.
- Please note that the order of visits in the itinerary may be modified due to operational reasons or local conditions; however, all included services will remain unchanged.
- For any additional excursions or activities not included in the programme, please refer to the Optional Activities section below for available options and corresponding prices.
- Accommodation at selected hotels. If these hotels are full at the time of booking, a hotel of a similar category and price range will be reserved.
- Private transport throughout the circuit with a chauffeur who speaks English.
- Private transportation throughout the tour with an English Speaking Chauffeur.
- Airport pick-up and drop-off service upon arrival and departure.
- Gasoline, road tax, government taxes, parking,
- International flights.
- Optional excursions and activities which are not included in the itinerary.
- Tips.
- Alcoholic beverages or soft drinks.
- Meals other than those specified in the itinerary.
- Sri Lanka visa fees.
Payment methods:
- All payments must be made securely via our official online payment gateway. You may choose from the following options:
- Free of charge bank transfer option
- Credit/Debit Card Payment – A 2% card processing fee will apply.
- A 40% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- The remaining 60% balance must be paid no later than 30 days before your arrival in Sri Lanka.
- Once the 40% deposit is received, we will issue a confirmation receipt. Upon full payment, an official invoice will be provided.
Cancellation policy:
- Up to 45 days before the trip: 100% of the deposit will be refunded in case of cancellation.
- Between 44 and 31 days before the start of the trip: A penalty of 50% of the deposit will apply.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the trip: The deposit is non-refundable.
Note on Cancellations:
- All cancellations are subject to a $120 per person administrative fee.
