Two Month of Golf around Sri Lanka during COVID
We are a government authrised travel company to carry out tourism and certified as a safe and secure travel company to operate during COVID 19.
Due to COVID 19, the Government imposes regulations in consultation with the health authorities from time to time by assessing the ground situation, and we are bound to adhere to those rules and regulation for your own safety in order to provide a safe and secure tour in Sri Lanka.
Day 01 Airport – Negambo
(Approximate transfer time: 3 hours)
Our representative will be in the Airport to meet and greet you. We will take you to a hotel in Negambo following Government regulations before starting a safe tour.
Day 02 Negambo
During this period you can have a good rest while fulfilling the procedure placed by the health authorities.
Day 03 Negambo – Anuradhapura
(Approximate transfer time: 3.5 hours)
After all medical clearance we are ready to start the tour. We will take you to your first Golf destination to start with a light golf experience in the first ancient city, Anuradhapura, of Sri Lanka.
Day 04 to Day 06 Anuradhapura - (golf)
You can engage playing golf during your stay in Anuradhapura and also visit some of the Ancient monuments to understand the history of the first Ancient capital of Sri Lanka.
A visit to Wilpaththu wild life park can be arranged.
Day 07 Anuradhapura –Ttrincomalee
(Approximate transfer time: 2.5 hours)
Leave to Trincomalee, in the Eastern coast of Sri Lanka, which will be an approximately two and half hour drive.
Day 08 Day 13 Trincomalee - (golf)
Trincomalee is famous for its natural harbor. Also the white sand beaches are very popular. We will take you to some of the interesting places in the town, including famous Hindu temple Koneswaram in Fort Frederick.
During your stay you can play golf at the challenging Eagles’ Golf Link, at China Bay.
Day 14 Trincomalee – Sigiriya
(Approximate transfer time: 3.5 hours)
Leave to Sigiriya which is around a two and half drive. Before entering the jungle patch to Habarana you can refresh yourself in the bunt of Kanthale, an ancient built reservoir. This reservoir which is around 3750 hectare feeds water for the paddy field and lots of other crops.
Day 15 & Day 16 – Sigiriya
Sigiriya is an ancient monastery. Also called the Lion rock, It is a must to see this magnificent creation, for any visitor visiting Sri Lanka. It is a good example of the ancient urban planning. This is a UNESCO world heritage site and also unofficial 8th wonder of the world. You can climb the Sigiriya rock and also visit its surroundings.
A visit to Minneriya or Kaudulla National Park to see the wild elephant gathering would be an ideal option to choose during your stay in Sigiriya.
You can also visit Polonnarauwa, another ancient city with some of the magnificent ruins and ancient irrigation systems.
Day 17 Sigiriya - Kandy (Digana) - Victoria Golf and Country Resort.
(Approximate transfer time: 2 hours)
Leave to Digana which will be a two hour drive to your next golf destination. En route you can visit the famous Dambulla rock temple and the Buddha statute.
Day 18 to Day 17 Kandy (Digana) - Victoria Golf and Country Resort - (golf)
You will stay at this spectaculars Victoria Golf and Country Resort. During this period you can play golf daily at this world famous golf resort. There are also many optional activities to do, such as cycling, canoeing, Horse riding, yoga and other activities to keep you fit and occupied.
During your stay here we can go on number of excursions to many interested places.
Day 39 Kandy (Digana) - Nuwara Eliya
(Approximate transfer time: 2 hours)
Today we will take you to Nuwara Eliya, your next golf destination. Nuwara Eliya is also called Little England. We will drive passing Kandy, the historical city. You will pass some beautiful tea plantations and if willing can visit a tea factory and a tea plantation. You can enjoy the land scape of the beautiful hill country of Sri Lanka.
Nuwara Eliya, has a proud history with the Nuwara Eliya Golf Club, which dates back to 1889, believed to be one of the oldest Golf courses in the world.
Day 40 To Day 45 Nuwara Eliya
You can enjoy playing golf at Nuwara Eliya Golf Course amidst the cool breeze. This club carries the rich English traditions and you will feel like you are taken back to the old English era.
In and around Nuwara Eliya there are interesting places to visit. However such visits can be discussed and tailor made to fit in to your programme during your stay.
Day 46 Nuwara Eliya – Ella - Hambanthota
(Approximate transfer time: 2.5 hours)
Leave to Hambanthota via Ella to your fourth golf destination.
Pass Ella a tiny town with a popular train stop before passing the Ravana ella falls, a famous water fall starting above the bridge you pass.
Arrive at Shangri-La Golf Resort & Spa.
DAY 47 to day 48 Hambanthota
You can enjoy playing golf at Shangri-Las’s Golf Resort & Spa, during your stay at this Sea side resort. The Golf course is the latest addition to the Golf courses in Sri Lanka, set amid a large coconut palm plantation.
Yala National Park: A day safari to Yala National Park where you find the largest concentration of leopards and a day safari to Udawalawa National Park to witness some of the Elephant gatherings are some of the possible and interesting options.
Day 50 Hambathota – galle
(Approximate transfer time: 3.5 hours)
Leisure at a beach resort in Unawatuna
Day 51 to Day 53: Galle (Unawatuna)
While resting you can play a round of golf at Caterlina Golf Club, a 9 hole simple golf link around a domestic runaway standing in a beautiful surrounding.
During the stay you will visit Galle Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Surrounded by the Fort guarding the building with the preserved rich architecture gives a pictures memory of the ancient standing of this city.
We can arrange Whale watching and snorkeling if you are interested.
Day 54 Galle - Colombo
(Approximate transfer time: 2 hours)
Leave to Colombo along the Coastal road. En route there are interesting places such as Turtle hatcheries and other traditional industries and crafts, if interested to visit.
Day 55 To Day 59 Colombo
You will visit oldest golf club in Sri Lanka, The Royal Colombo Golf Club. You can play during your stay in Colombo at the second oldest Royal Golf Club outside the British Isles.
During your stay in Colombo we will arrange to see the Colombo city and the suburbs and engage in some shopping while experiencing the Colombo city life.
Day 60 Colombo - Airport
After a splendid two month long golf vacation, now it is time for the departure. We will take you to the Airport for the departure.

If you are accompanied by your spouse, family of friends who are non-golfers, a separate programme parallel to the above programme can be designed to keep them busy with visits to interested places or other activities after discussion.
