Payment method and cancellation policy
Payment method:
All payments must be made securely via our official online payment gateway. You may choose from the following options:
- Credit/Debit Card Payment – A 2% card processing fee will apply.
- Free of charge bank transfer option.
- A 40% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation depending on the case.
- The remaining 60% balance must be paid no later than 30 days before your arrival in Sri Lanka.
- Once the 40% deposit is received, we will issue a confirmation receipt. Upon full payment, an official invoice will be provided.
Cancellation policy:
- Up to 45 days before the trip: 100% of the deposit will be refunded in case of cancellation.
- Between 44 and 31 days before the start of the trip: A penalty of 50% of the deposit will apply.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the trip: The deposit is non-refundable.
Note on cancellations:
- All cancellations are subject to a €90 per person administrative fee.
